Charles Bowyer Bio

Charles Bowyer is a transactional lawyer with a practice focused primarily on public finance, corporate finance, project finance, and general corporate and commercial matters. He represents both small and large companies in financings in the United States and abroad. Charles has also represented lenders in a variety of loan transactions and project financings. In addition to his transactional practice, Charles has experience negotiating and drafting a variety of contractual arrangements including organizational and governance documents, purchase and sale agreements, commercial contracts and related documentation.
