Michael Enright represents debtors, committees, creditors, and other parties in business bankruptcies, workouts and in bankruptcy litigation. His work also includes preference, fraudulent transfer, and other bankruptcy litigation analysis and defense. He has extensive experience guiding clients in assessing the potential for filing bankruptcy as well as initiating the case, whether as a reorganization or liquidation. Mike also has broad business law experience and provides general counsel to non-profit organizations and commercial entities regarding all manner of corporate governance and commercial transactions. Mike often speaks and writes on bankruptcy related topics, and has contributed to several practice guides and legal treatises. Mike is a contributing editor to the ABA’s monthly publication, Business Law Today, in the area of bankruptcy law.
