Bio

Bill Pate practices in the areas of trusts and estates, estate administration, corporate and business law, and real estate. He has substantial experience in estate and tax planning and works hard to structure the best plan for each client's individual needs. His estate administration experience allow him to work effectively with families as they navigate the legal aspects following the death of a loved one. In addition to the practice of law, Bill enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, church involvement, running F3, serving on the Southern Pines Town Council, and all things Tar Heel sports.
