Robert Friesen brings over twenty years of practical experience to his real estate practice. He couples expertise and innovation to assist his clients in the realization of their plans in projects that range from retail shopping centers to commercial office space to warehouse, manufacturing, and distribution facilities. Mr. Friesen is also recognized as an expert in the facilitation of tax-deferred exchanges of real and personal property pursuant to Section 1031 of the Internal Revenue Code. His clients include large private and public corporations, and he has been involved in hundreds of 1031 exchanges of real and personal property, including complex reverse exchanges. Mr. Friesen makes frequent presentations to attorneys, accountants, and other professional groups on Section 1031 exchanges.
