Palmer Sugg represents business entities and individuals in all aspects of litigation. Believing strategy and tactics to be of equal importance, Mr. Sugg works with clients, and other members of the firm, to develop and implement litigation plans that fulfill the objectives of our clients. Having tried cases before judges and juries throughout central and eastern North Carolina, Mr. Sugg brings to each case the insight and skill gained over twenty years of courtroom experience. Mr. Sugg also understands the benefits of, and guides clients through, court-ordered as well as voluntary forms of alternative dispute resolution. In fact, as an experienced arbitrator and with certification by the North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission to conduct mediated settlement conferences in Superior Court cases, Mr. Sugg often acts as a mediator or arbitrator to resolve disputes in which the parties are represented by other lawyers or firms in North Carolina.
