A partner in Rivkin Radler’s Banking and Corporate Practice Groups, William’s clients include banks and other lenders to real estate and commercial borrowers, distribution companies, owners and developers of commercial properties, construction companies, and a major telecommunications company. William counsels a number of middle market companies with business operations or real estate interests in the New York metropolitan area. He has handled a variety of high-stakes corporate matters, the acquisition of a technology subsidiary from a publicly traded company, sell-side private equity transactions, the tax-free merger of a leading manufacturer’s business into a publicly traded company in accordance with the exempt-offering regulations of the federal securities laws, the sale of a medical facility to one of New York City’s largest private hospitals, tax-free divisive split-ups, and a number of major loan transactions to a variety of manufacturing and service businesses.
