Harvey S. Epstein represents financial institutions and businesses in the areas of commercial lending, real estate lending, and real estate acquisitions and dispositions. With the assistance of lawyers in the firm’s Bankruptcy Practice Group, he counsels banks and other lenders with respect to defaulted loans, loan restructurings, and workouts. He also represents buyers and sellers in connection with the purchase and sale of distressed assets. Harvey counsels clients in general corporate and commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions, securities financings, shareholder and limited liability company agreements, employment agreements, and business contracts. In addition, Harvey represents various health care entities, including large physician group practices and ambulatory surgery centers, in connection with transactional, financing, and corporate governance matters. He has significant experience documenting credit facilities to operators of skilled nursing facilities and their affiliated real estate entities.
