Avi Sinensky is a Partner in Rivkin Radler’s Corporate Practice Group with a broad-based transactional practice. He has extensive experience advising business owners and investors on a wide variety of corporate transactions and corporate governance matters across a broad range of industries and throughout all stages of the business life cycle. Avi regularly counsels both buyers and sellers in the structuring and negotiation of complex mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, divestitures and other corporate transactions, including debt and equity financing transactions, private placements and joint ventures. Avi has substantial experience in negotiating shareholder, partnership and operating agreements, financing arrangements, services agreements, manufacturing and distribution agreements, licensing agreements and other commercial contracts. Avi also advises individuals and businesses in connection with executive compensation arrangements, including employment and consulting agreements, severance agreements, business succession planning and the design of stock option and other equity compensation plans. In law school, Avi was published in the Summer 2008 issue of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Business and Employment Law and has since published articles in the Long Island Business News and the New York Law Journal. Avi is an avid fan of the New York Mets and New York Jets and is the host of “Pretty Pretty Pretty Good,” a podcast about Curb Your Enthusiasm and other television. He resides in West Hempstead, NY, with his wife, Rachel, and daughters, Annie and Emily.
