Simone Randolph strives to unlock the most beneficial results for her clients while anticipating and attacking the key legal and business issues facing them. In doing so, she begins her real work: how can we better partner with the client to achieve its objectives–seen and unseen? Her drive to think creatively and strategically about client concerns stems from a deep intellectual curiosity and an energetic approach to life. Simone is a partner in the firm's business transactions group with an emphasis on real estate and financial services, focusing her practice on complex commercial real estate matters, as well as finance transactions of all types. Specifically, she has assisted lending institutions in hundreds of financings to established and growing businesses in various industries. With extensive experience in syndicated, mezzanine, and construction financing, she navigates such complicated projects with an informed and nuanced approach. She also counsels companies with large real estate portfolios in all aspects of property ownership and leasing, including acquisitions and dispositions, facilities management, and maintenance. Simone is also an active member in the firm's airport concessions practice, where she structures joint venture agreements for both prime operators and Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (ACDBEs) and counsels clients on the preparation and submission of their ACDBE applications. In her spare time, Simone loves to travel—that’s when she really gets to indulge her adventuresome spirit. And in feeding her wanderlust, she dabbles in new languages. Her latest: Arabic.
