Jeffrey Loeb focuses on real estate and business litigation. He is the President of the Firm. He is also the Chair of the Litigation Department and the Firm’s Real Estate and Title Litigation Practice Group. He has been admitted pro hac vice in the United States District Court for the Districts of New Jersey, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Districts of Connecticut, Delaware, New Hampshire, Ohio and Rhode Island, and state courts in Connecticut, New Jersey, Illinois and Florida. He has argued appeals in both state and federal courts.
