Zachary Scully Bio

Zachary Scully is a Partner with RHTLaw Asia. He specialises in regional cross-border transactions, Restructuring and Work-Outs with an emphasis on M&A, corporate turnarounds, rescue financing, and insolvency funding. Zachary has over 27 years of experience and is qualified to practise law in Singapore, Malaysia, and Australia. He has extensive expertise gathered from diverse experience across both private practice as well as from being General Counsel in a public-listed Oil & Gas company based in Malaysia. Throughout his legal career in the various legal jurisdictions of Singapore, Malaysia, and Australia, Zachary has represented clients ranging from individuals to multi-national companies. Zachary is the Vice-Chairman of the ASEAN Plus Group (APG) network of law firms and Council member of the China-ASEAN Business Alliance (CABA). He is also a Partner of Naqiz & Partners and Of Counsel of RHTLaw Cambodia.
