Advising clients on M&A and general corporate transactions, Neil Brown has a particular interest in corporate deals in the insurance, technology and retail sectors. Neil advises on M&A, joint ventures, Part VII transfers and Lloyd's third party syndicate management transactions. Prior to joining RPC, Neil worked for Freshfields for eight years advising on high value transactions for financial institutions.
