A corporate finance specialist, Janney Chong assists mainland Chinese businesses with IPOs, fundraisings, and M&A transactions. Her practice covers a broad spectrum of corporate finance and general commercial transactions, including initial public offerings, secondary offerings, debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions, public takeovers, compliance and regulatory matters. She has acted for issuers and underwriters in numerous securities listings on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, and has advised companies listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on various types of transactional and compliance matters. Janney is qualified in both Hong Kong and England and Wales. She speaks fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese, Mandarin and Shanghainese).
