Hilda Chan Bio

Hilda is a Partner with over 15 years of experience advising clients on M&A, private equity, emerging companies, securities offerings, and general corporate advisory matters. She also has a wide-reaching tech practice, advising on cybersecurity, data privacy, and employment. Much of Hilda's work has a significant international element to it - she advises on complex cross-border transactions across Asia, Europe and North America, with particular expertise in US-China deals. Her work also often includes international capital markets deals and transactions with offshore or PRC components. Hilda's client base is varied, ranging from startups, to investors, to corporates, many within the technology sector, but also across the manufacturing, education, real estate and food and beverage spaces.
