Edward Colville is a Partner in RPC's Banking and Finance team, with a broad experience of corporate finance transactions. Ed acts for borrowers and lenders in relation to corporate lending facilities and acquisition finance, as well as advising clients on wider finance and treasury issues. He regularly advises on UK and international investment transactions. Ed advises a number of clients in the insurance industry on finance aspects of corporate insurance matters. He also has a broad experience of real estate and development finance transactions.
