With over 25 years' experience as a corporate lawyer, David Wallis assists clients on the full range of transactions, with a particular focus on leveraged buy-outs and exits. David is a private equity ground breaker – having acted on the UK's first ever £1bn+ leveraged buy-out. Having worked both in-house and in private practice, David has wide experience and commercial common sense. He brings to each transaction a combination of hard work, relentless thinking and pragmatic negotiation skills. David has advised private companies, institutional investors and management teams in all areas of private equity buy-outs, exits and portfolio company M&A.
