David works with institutional investors, management teams and limited companies. Working across the insurance sector his primary areas of expertise are M&A, Private Equity, Joint Ventures and Corporate Advisory with a particular focus on leveraged buy-outs and exits. David is a private equity ground breaker – having acted on the UK's first ever £1bn+ leveraged buy-out. Having worked both in-house and in private practice, David has wide experience and commercial common sense.
