Nate Richman handles a wide variety of corporate transactions and matters, including venture capital and private equity investment transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, joint-venture transactions and general corporate and business matters. Nate has substantial experience representing private equity and venture capital sponsors in connection with fund formations and structuring, fundraising and related investment activities, secondary transfers, and matters relating to the operation and management of investment funds and fund sponsors. Prior to joining the firm, Nate practiced as an attorney at Rinaldi, Finkelstein & Franklin, LLC – lead outside counsel for Starwood Capital Group.
