Following law school, Ed clerked for the Hon. J. Edward Lumbard (United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit). He then joined Cravath, Swaine & Moore in 1991. He joined the firm in 1998 as a member. Ed handles a wide variety of corporate matters including private equity, venture capital, mergers & acquisitions, fund formation, capital markets and joint- venture transactions. Ed is one of the leading venture attorneys in the northeast and has represented dozens of venture funds and their portfolio companies.
