and access,
Melissa Reynebeau is a shareholder in Reinhart’s Corporate Law Practice, where she applies a practical, business-centered approach to advise public and closely held companies on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, contract drafting and negotiations, equity issuances, early stage structuring and financing, general corporate governance and entity formation, and a wide array of other transactional matters. Melissa has extensive experience working with private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, as well as strategic investors, across various industries, including manufacturing, technology, consumer products, construction, and professional services. She combines a warm, engaging nature with a results-driven attitude, collaborating with all parties to ensure project deadlines are met. She loves helping her clients close deals and watching them reap the benefits they deserve from companies they’ve worked hard to build and nurture over the years. Always a leader, Melissa graduated first in her class at the University of Wisconsin Law School. She served as a managing editor on the Wisconsin Law Review, was a competitor and coach on the Wisconsin Moot Court Board, and a competitor on the Wisconsin Mock Trial Team. She enjoys spending time with her husband Nate and dog Moose, playing sand volleyball and reading.
