and access,
Daniel L. Fiore is a partner at the firm’s Philadelphia office and an active member of the Corporate & Business Services Group and the Utilities, Energy & Telecommunications Group. He concentrates his practice on general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, day-to-day business counseling, commercial contract drafting, licensing, and trademark and copyright law. Dan has developed a niche area representing renewable energy companies on relationship matters, development projects, mergers and acquisitions, and financing. He has substantial experience in the buying and selling of complex businesses, structuring multiple-owner relationships, venture capital, and private equity structuring and financing arrangements. Dan’s core principle is to add value to his clients by meeting their diverse and often-changing needs. As a trusted advisor to the owners and senior management of many privately owned businesses, his relationships often lead to work in other areas like estates, trusts, and business succession planning. When matters outside Dan’s purview arise, he quickly refers clients to his partners for a cohesive team effort. After graduating from law school, Dan served as a law clerk to the Honorable John D. McBride of the Court of Common Pleas of Beaver County, Pennsylvania. After completing his clerkship, he entered private practice with a commercial law firm in Philadelphia. Dan enjoys spending time with his wife and four children. He is an attorney volunteer at the Homeless Advocacy Program.
