Eric Berengier practice focuses on the tax aspects of acquisitions, financings and restructurings, as well as the structuring of investment funds, in a French and international context. He previously worked as International Counsel in the Paris office of the U.S. law firm Debevoise & Plimpton LLP, after having worked for the English firm Slaughter and May.
