Bio

Olivier Mourain is a partner in the M&A and Private Equity team. Olivier's practice covers a wide range of corporate transactions, from early ventures to leverage buyouts. He has a strong knowledge of venture capital and M&A related matters, advising notably companies on their build up, investments funds and innovative start-ups. He joined Reboul & Associés in 2007. Olivier holds a double degree in law (DEA in Civil and Commercial Law – Paris V, 2002 ; DESS in Business Law – Paris V, 2003) and finance (Diploma of Accounting and Financial Studies, 2007 ; Master of Accounting and Financial Studies, 2018).
