Reboul & Associés is comprised of lawyers having gained an expertise in the context of domestic and international operations. Guillaume Reboul, lawyer at the Paris Bar, practiced in the English law firm Linklaters then with the US firm Debevoise & Plimpton LLP, where he took part in the creation of the LBO practice. He works especially on the operations of M&A (LBO, private equity, merger of companies, public offers) on behalf of French and foreign companies and on the implementation of adequate fundings on behalf of French and foreign banks and listed French companies (LBO, LBU, syndicated loans). He has written various articles related to finance (Bank Magazine, AGEFI, D&P Private Equity Report) and hosted several symposia and training (Business Law Institute, Development Institute International and Bar Association Training School of Paris). He was distinguished in the rankings of the best lawyers in France by the magazine Décideurs, Chambers Europe and Legal 500, citing "a skillful negotiator who knows very well company and banking law". Guillaume holds a Master degree in Business Law (Deputy Major) from the University of Aix-Marseille III and a Master degree of Law in Taxation-business from the University Paris II Assas-Pantheon. Guillaume is also a member of the board of directors of Sainte-Catherine, Institut du Cancer Avignon Provence.
