Omar Diaz is a member of the Labor and Employment and Venture Capital departments. He is a graduate lawyer from the National University of San Marcos, with a Master’s Degree in Labor Law and Social Security from the Postgraduate Unit of the aforementioned university. Enrolled in the Lima Bar Association. He is admitted to the Lima Bar. He has extensive experience in consulting Individual Labor Law and Collective Labor Relations, as well as in Labor Procedural Law. He regularly advises mining companies in collective negotiations, labor arbitrations, as well as in the resolution of labor conflicts of an individual or collective nature (union), and in labor inspections. He provides regular advice to mining companies in collective bargaining, labor arbitrations, and resolution of labor disputes (unions), and labor inspections. He has extensive experience in advising its clients in Individual Labor Law and Collective Bargaining, and labor litigation matters. He is also Labor Arbitrator registered before the National Register of Arbitrators for the Public Sector of the Ministry of Labor and Employment.
