Augusto Loli is a senior partner at Rebaza, Alcázar & De Las Casas, where he heads the Criminal and Compliance Area. He has more than 20 years of experience as a lawyer specialized in economic crimes, compliance and complex corporate litigation. He has designed and implemented the defense strategy of several of the most relevant criminal cases that have been developed in our environment and that involve executives of the main national and foreign companies that operate in the financial, infrastructure, telecommunications, industry and commerce sectors of the country. He graduated from the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos and completed postgraduate studies in the Master’s Degree in Criminal Law at the same University. He has been a professor of Criminal Law at Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola and of Criminal Procedural Law at Universidad de Piura. He has participated as a speaker in several national and international events in his specialty. In addition to his private practice, he has been an advisor to the Special Multiparty Commission on Citizen Security of the Congress of the Republic and member of the Consultative Committee of the Justice and Human Rights Commission of the same branch of government. He was also a member of the Government Transfer Commission of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights (2016). He is recognized and recommended by various international publications specialized in legal services.
