Prior to founding Raz Dlugin, Rafi Raz was a partner in the High Tech department of Berkman, Wechsler, Bloom & Co. law offices, focusing in complex merger and acquisition transactions, capital raising for technology-oriented companies, complex financing transactions, technology licensing transactions, etc. Rafi’s practice focuses on cross boarder M&A transactions, corporate finance and commercial transactions. His clients include top tear international VCs, multi-billion dollar companies, cutting edge start-ups, and top angel investors. Rafi works closely with his corporate clients assisting with day-to-day legal and business issues and has counselled companies and founders from inception to becoming market leaders. Rafi has handled countless transactions, valued at billions of dollars, including some of the largest transactions in the market.
