Oron Kot specializes in advising start-up companies and their founders, in corporate and transactional matters, and in accompanying domestic and foreign capital funds and other investors in their Israeli investments. Oron also provides legal counsel in M&A transactions and in completing financing transactions, acting for both targets and acquirers. Prior to joining Raz, Dlugin & Co. Law firm in 2016, Oron completed his internship in GKH Law Offices, and was an associate at Kantor, Elhanani, Tal & Co.
