Henri Saint-père Bio

As a partner at RATHEAUX since 1990, Henri SAINT PERE runs the Corporate Law Department with three other partners (Gaétan de LA BOURDONNAYE, Michel BOTTAZZI and Olivier CATELAND). Henri SAINT PERE also heads the Contracts and New Technologies Law Department and is in charge of foreign clients. He is a lecturer at the Law Faculty of the University of Jean Moulin LYON III in the context of corporate law for students on courses leading to a Business Law Degree (DJCE).
