Tom Eivind Haug is a partner at Ræder Bing and part of our corporate team. Tom Eivind has extensive experience with business law issues and has assisted both Norwegian and international clients with transactions, corporate law and dispute resolution. He has particular expertise in M&A, insurance law and employment law, as well as extensive experience with litigation. In addition, he has the right to appear before the Supreme Court.
