Silje Bragstad Bio

Silje Bragstad is a Partner and member of Ræder Bing's Corporate and M&A team. Silje Bragstad has extensive experience within M&A, corporate law and contract law. She assists both investors and management of small and large companies with the purchase and sale of shares and businesses, shareholder agreements, due diligence and contract negotiations. In addition, she has experience with competition law and has assisted clients in filing several transactions to the Norwegian Competition Authority. She also has experience with IT contracts and various commercial contracts. Throughout her career, Silje has gained valuable insight from the business world, including through her role as legal advisor in the telecom sector. In this role, she worked with compliance, contract negotiations and various regulatory issues. Silje has particular experience within the telecom, technology and retail sectors.
