Elan Sasson is a litigation and insolvency partner at Quinn Emanuel, based in the firm’s Sydney office. He runs cases across the country with expertise in representing funds and financial services firms in high stakes disputes and in driving or advising on strategic workouts and corporate insolvencies (with a focus on back-end disputes, investigations and recoveries). Elan has over 15 years’ experience representing clients across a range of industries, and is praised for his energy, his tenacity, and his overlaying commercial and business acumen.
