Aliki Sofis Bio

Aliki Sofis is Co-Managing Partner of Quinn Emanuel’s Boston Office. Aliki is a seasoned litigator and trial lawyer with wide-ranging experience handling plaintiff-side and defendant-side complex commercial disputes, including bet-the-company litigation, employment & trade secrets disputes, crisis management issues, business fraud and contractual breaches, securities matters, and consumer class actions before a number of federal and state courts and arbitration tribunals. Aliki is recognized nationally as an award winning attorney who gets results for her clients and is specifically sought out for her book-smarts meets street-smarts good judgment. Aliki has been ranked year after year by Chambers USA in General Commercial Litigation from 2021 through 2025: described as “a dedicated and ambitious lawyer with a lot of courtroom experience,” exhibiting "a strong emotional intelligence" and “the ability to manage a broad range of business disputes” all while providing “insightful, comprehensive and strategic counsel.” Aliki also has been consistently honored by Super Lawyers in the category of Business Litigation from 2014 through 2023, and was recognized by the Lawdragon 500 as a Leading Lawyer in America for Business Litigation and Class Actions for six consecutive years from 2019 through 2024. In 2022 Aliki was named a Law360 Top Attorney Under 40 in the category of Technology Law. This Law360 Rising Star award celebrates the remarkable career accomplishments of attorneys under 40. Aliki has represented corporations, individuals, and financial service firms and corporate officers and directors in high-stakes, high-dollar disputes domestically and internationally, and advises both corporate and individual clients on strategic resolution of commercial disputes and on trial strategy. Aliki has extensive trial experience, participating in two or more trials or arbitration hearings per year, including a multi-trip arbitration in Hong Kong that resulted in a $100 million award and an expedited twelve week file-to-trial jury trial in the District of Massachusetts that secured a jury verdict of non-infringement on all asserted patents. Aliki further expanded her courtroom experience in 2014, when she served as a Special Assistant District Attorney for Middlesex County, where she prosecuted jury trials and argued evidentiary motions regularly. She is an active member of the Boston legal community and at the forefront of women’s leadership issues, serving as a Committee Member for Boston College Law Day and a Board Director for Technovation (a global nonprofit organization committed to empowering females to become leaders and innovators).
