Sarah Keith-Bolden practice focuses on business litigation, appeals, and employment-related matters. She is listed in The Best Lawyers in America® in the area of Commercial Litigation, recognized as a Mid-South Rising Star in the area of Business Litigation by Super Lawyers, selected for the inaugural Lawdragon 500 Leading Litigators in America guide in 2022, and named a Labor & Employment Star – South by Benchmark Litigation. She is a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, The Trial Lawyer Honorary Society. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Keith-Bolden served as a law clerk for the Honorable Robert L. Brown of the Arkansas Supreme Court. Ms. Keith-Bolden received her undergraduate degree in Environmental Engineering from Brown University and her law degree with honors from Emory University. While in law school, she served as a Notes and Comments Editor for the Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal.
