Virginia Viray Bio

Virginia Viray is a Senior Partner at Puyat Jacinto and Santos (PJS) Law. She is the lead partner of PJS Law’s Tax Group, and a co-head of the Corporate and Commercial Group, where she leads significant mergers and acquisitions. In her 20 years of experience in law practice, Virginia has been heavily involved in Banking, Finance and Capital Markets practice. Virginia is also a senior lecturer of Taxation Law and Corporation Law at the University of the Philippines College of Law; and a lecturer of Taxation Law at the University of the Philippines’ Bar Review Institute, and Paralegal Training Program. Virginia is a member of the Philippine Bar, a Certified Public Accountant, and a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS). She received her Juris Doctor (JD) degree from the University of the Philippines, and her Bachelor of Science in Commerce major in Accountancy from the University of Santo Tomas.
