Elaine Marie Laceda Bio

Elaine Marie Laceda is a Partner at Puyat Jacinto and Santos (PJS) Law. She specializes in banking & finance, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, special projects, and general corporate representation. Elaine represents both local and international clients in the finance, health care, telecommunications, information technology, e-commerce, and energy industries. Elaine received her Juris Doctor and Master in Business Administration from the De La Salle University Graduate School of Business and Far Eastern University Institute of Law Consortium in 2011. Elaine attained the 9th highest ranking in the Philippine Bar Examinations that same year. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the De La Salle University in 2015.
