Lawrence Remmel chairs Pryor Cashman’s Banking + Finance Practice, and is a member of the firm’s Corporate Group and Investment Management Practice. Larry works with companies from the biotechnology, cosmeceutical, financial services and entertainment industries, as well as with various private equity funds and groups of investors from the U.S. and abroad.
