Edward Normandin Bio

Edward Normandin is co-chair of Pryor Cashman’s Emerging + Start-Up Companies Practice and the International Group, and a member of the Corporate Group. He represents businesses at all stages of growth, from startup ventures to publicly traded corporations. His clients include companies engaged in a wide array of industries, including financial services, media and entertainment, energy and cleantech, manufacturing, information technology, and healthcare. Ed often serves as outside general counsel to clients, advising on a variety of matters ranging from corporate organization and governance to regulatory compliance.
