Warren Newton Bio

Warren Newton is a partner in the Global Finance practice, London’s Leveraged Finance team and a member of the Firm’s Private Capital industry group. Warren advises financial institutions on a wide range of domestic and cross-border leveraged and other event driven financings. Warren has broad experience advising financial institutions on a range of financing transactions, including investment grade financings, structured solutions and out-of-court debt restructurings. In 2019, Warren spent nine months on secondment in the business team at a leading investment bank in London.
