Bio

Kunal Dogra is a partner in the Corporate Department and a member of our global Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions Group. Kunal advises strategic companies and private equity sponsors (including their portfolio companies) on all aspects of mergers and acquisitions. He has extensive experience in public and private acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital investments, board and committee engagements, and financial advisory matters. In the last five years, he has worked on over 35 publicly announced transactions with an aggregate value of more than $60 billion. Kunal has broad cross-industry experience, with particular expertise in representing domestic and international clients in cross-border matters across asset classes. Early in his career, he also developed significant experience in representing technology and life sciences companies through the development cycle, including commercialization efforts and a wide array of complex technology transactions. In addition to his transactional practice, Kunal advises public and private companies on corporate and board governance and securities law matters.
