Jeremy Leifer is a partner in the Corporate Department and has practiced in Hong Kong for more than 30 years. Jeremy's practice encompasses private equity and mergers and acquisitions transactions, capital markets advisory and transactional matters, and regulatory and intermediaries licensing issues. His experience includes advising on Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules, including those relating to IPOs, and the Hong Kong Takeovers Code, as well as the related regulatory framework of which he has in-depth knowledge. Jeremy also advises clients on non-contentious employment matters.
