Fernando Bravo has been a partner in Prieto since the year 2005. Head of the Corporate Area and runs the Energy Group in Prieto. He has been legal counsel in major acquisitions and in important securities market transactions. In recent years, his professional practice has been actively focused on corporate assistance to national and foreign companies, fundamentally in the energy and industrial sectors. He earned his degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile in 1991 and he joined Prieto in 1992. Mr. Bravo is professor of Commercial Law at the School of Law of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, where he has been teaching courses in Corporate Law, the Securities Market, the Financial System, Commercial Contracts, Insolvency and Bankruptcy continuously since 1998. He also is a professor in the Master and Enterprise Law Program at the Universidad de Los Andes since 2004, where he teaches courses on commercial contracts and corporate governance. He has also spoken as an academician at several seminars. He is a member of the Chilean Bar Association.
