Fernando Bravo Bio

Fernando is the head of Prieto’s Corporate department, providing assistance to domestic and foreign companies, especially to their Boards of Directors and top executives. His professional practice has been actively focused on corporate advisory services to multiple clients in the Energy, Retail, Water, Food and Engineering services sectors, among others. Likewise, he has an important trajectory working in Mergers and Acquisitions practices, advising companies of the most diverse industries in their processes of acquisition or sale of assets; and in the areas of Energy and Natural Resources, supporting companies of all segments of the electricity sector. He has been recognized in multiple international rankings as a leading partner in the Corporate and M&A area and has been particularly praised by his clients. Fernando joined Prieto in 1992 and has been partner since 2005.
