Dave Krosner provides legal advice and counsel to clients with regard to mergers and acquisitions and other transactional and general business matters. He is also a Certified Public Accountant. Dave has extensive experience in all aspects of business transactional work, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, and debt and equity capital raising transactions. He also has significant experience with securities law compliance under both the 1933 and 1934 Act. As a business attorney, Dave works with clients in a multitude of industries including health care, manufacturing, mining, consumer products and services, to name a few. He often serves not just as transactional counsel for his clients but also as outside general counsel and trusted business advisor. Dave has served as the lead attorney on numerous asset, stock and merger acquisitions and divestitures, representing public and private purchasers, sellers and investors. He also has served as lead attorney on several initial and secondary public offerings and ongoing securities reporting and compliance issues.
