Chip Gibbons assists clients with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and other corporate or partnership restructuring involving numerous types of entities and businesses. Chip practices in the areas of federal and state income taxation, tax controversies, partnerships and limited liability companies, corporate law, and business law. His practice also includes the representation of taxpayers under audit by the Internal Revenue Service and/or the North Carolina Department of Revenue.
