Stathis Potamitis Bio

Stathis Potamitis has a broadly based transactional practice with a focus on mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance and insolvent restructurings. He led the effort to revamp insolvency legislation that resulted in the adoption of a new Greek insolvency framework in 2020. Stathis is an INSOL International Fellow, a fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy and a member of the International Insolvency Institute. He is a member of the expert group advising the European Commission on restructuring and insolvency reform in the EU.
