Mariana Posse Bio

Mariana Posse is a founding partner of Posse Herrera Ruiz. She directs the department of financial law and capital markets. In matters of financial law, she has advised multilateral credit organizations and commercial markets in Europe and the United States for financing companies and groups of companies in Colombia from various economic sectors, such as mass consumption, telecommunications, mining and oil companies, manufacturing, energy, and infrastructure. She has participated in the design and structuring of transactions, bond issuance, issuance and offer of shares, ownership list of shares, public acquisition offers, among others, both in local and international markets subject to the Rule. 144A / Reg S. Mariana was regarded as one of the 50 most inspiring and influential Latin American women in the legal sector according to a ranking published by Latin Lawyer in 2013.
