Juan Pablo Bonilla is a partner at Posse Herrera Ruiz. His professional practice focuses on conflict resolution. Juan Pablo has more than 15 years of experience in dealing with judicial and arbitration processes. He has successfully represented local and international clients before civil and administrative jurisdictions, arbitration tribunals and administrative authorities. His experience is significant in litigation matters related to civil and administrative contracts, liability proceedings, insolvency proceedings, consumer rights, restrictive practices of competition and unfair competition. He has participated in multiple arbitrations as attorney, secretary and arbitrator. He is a member of list A of arbitrators of the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce, as well as the list of Secretaries of that same entity. He has participated as a speaker at academic events organized by the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce.
