Andres Montoya is a partner at Posse Herrera Ruiz. He is director of the Real Estate, Urban Planning and Agroindustry area. He has participated in the negotiation of acquisitions and short and long-term contracts, construction, transfer and exploitation of urban and rural real estate, as well as in the resolution of real estate and urban planning conflicts. He has led due diligence processes for numerous forestry and agroindustrial projects. He advises on a day-to-day basis the activities of private investment funds, promoters, developers, builders and, in general, companies and entities linked to the Colombian real estate sector on matters related to industry, commercial establishments, housing, hotels, infrastructure and telecommunications. She has also participated in national and international arbitrations, and in projects in the infrastructure, public services, procurement, public bidding and telecommunications sectors.
