Alejandro Turbay has been a partner at Posse Herrera Ruiz since 2016. His professional practice focuses on matters of urban planning law and development of real estate projects. He has worked in local law firms, as well as in the development of urban and infrastructure projects with the government and the private sector; He also has extensive experience in notarial matters. Alejandro advises on the day-to-day activities of builders, developers and landowners. He primarily focuses on project management, negotiation and structuring and the resolution of complex urban planning issues. He is a lawyer from the Javeriana University, has a Master's Degree in Law from Boston University (USA), a specialization in Urban Law from the Universidad del Rosario, and a professional certificate in advanced negotiation from the Harvard Law School program. He speaks Spanish and English. He has served as a postgraduate professor at the Universidad del Rosario, the Universidad Javeriana and the Universidad de la Sabana.
