Mandy Diaz Bio

Mandy Diaz focuses her practice on business planning and formation (including corporate formation and reorganization, limited liability companies, and partnerships), income tax, transfer tax, mergers and acquisitions, employee benefits, executive compensation, and general corporate matters. Mandy regularly works with owners, executives, in-house counsel, outside accountants, and other advisors to privately-held companies in connection with analysis of employee benefits and executive compensation under ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code regarding mergers, acquisitions, corporate restructurings, investments, and loans. Mandy is a former chair of the firm’s Women’s Initiative program and currently serves on the Recruiting Committee.
