Jane Arnold Bio

Jane Arnold serves as Co-Chair of Polsinelli’s Business Department. She focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions representing private equity sponsors, strategic purchasers and sellers extends across diverse industries with a primary focus on health care industry transactions. Between acquisition and exit transactions, Jane often provides continuing guidance through operational ups and downs. She has a deep understanding of the health care industry and applies that knowledge in a sophisticated transactional practice. As a recognized advocate for women in the legal industry, Jane served as Chair for Polsinelli’s Women’s Empowerment Committee from 2015 through 2023. During this time, she has implemented several key initiatives to support career advancement, create mentoring programs, and champion diversity and inclusion.
